Ghost Drop Instant-Win Promotion

2. Promotion and Redemption Period

The Promotion begins on November 5, 2026 and ends on January 3, 2027. The original token must be presented in person during HGD’s posted normal business hours. Tokens presented outside the redemption period, outside normal business hours, during private events, or during announced, weather-related or emergency closures will not be accepted. Current hours and closures are available at HolyGhostDistillery.com.

3. Free Token Distribution

Tokens may be left at selected locations or distributed free of charge by HGD, participating bartenders and other establishments while supplies last. Tokens may not be sold or conditioned upon a purchase. Distributing establishments distribute tokens only and do not administer the Promotion, determine winners or award prizes.

4. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 21 years old, personally present the original physical token, complete the electronic redemption process at HGD, and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Photographs or copies of identification are not accepted. HGD owners, employees, representatives, immediate family and household members are ineligible. Void where prohibited.

5. Redemption and Participant Verification

1. All required information must be entered on one form: full legal name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address and telephone number.
2. HGD staff verifies the participant’s photo ID and age.
3. Before submission, the participant must certify that the entered information is accurate, acknowledge these Official Rules and type their full legal name as a signature.
4. The unique token code is submitted with the completed form. The system checks the participant and token before recording anything.
5. For a valid submission, the code is permanently marked used, the token prize is revealed, and the participant receives one automatic entry in the grand-prize drawing.
6. If a used code is presented again, authorized HGD staff will see the recorded redeemer and redemption date and time.

6. One Redemption and Entry Per Person

Only one token redemption, one token prize and one grand-prize drawing entry are allowed per person during the entire Promotion. HGD compares the normalized full legal name, email address and telephone number against prior redemptions. A match on any one of those fields is treated as the same person and an additional redemption will be denied.

7. Token Prizes and Odds

Each authentic, unredeemed token contains a unique code assigned in advance to one predetermined nonalcoholic token prize. Token prizes cannot be exchanged for alcohol, cash or store credit. HGD may substitute a nonalcoholic token prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if necessary.

8. Grand-Prize Drawing

Each eligible person who successfully redeems a valid token receives one automatic entry in a random drawing for Holy Ghost Distillery Gift Certificate with an approximate retail value of $50.00. No separate entry or mailing-list subscription is required. The drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries on or about January 7, 2027. The odds of winning depend on the final number of eligible entries.

The potential grand-prize winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number submitted during redemption and may be required to confirm eligibility and prize acceptance. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, HGD may select an alternate winner by random drawing. The gift certificate is subject to its stated terms, is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred except with HGD’s written permission.

9. Information Collected

The redemption form requires full legal name, complete mailing address, date of birth, email address and telephone number. This information is used to verify eligibility, prevent multiple redemptions, administer token prizes and the grand-prize drawing, contact a potential grand-prize winner and document prize distribution. HGD examines identification but does not record the identification number or retain a copy.

10. Optional Mailing List

Joining the HGD mailing list is optional and is not required to redeem a token, receive a token prize or receive a grand-prize drawing entry. Only participants who affirmatively select the mailing-list checkbox will be added. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Invalid Tokens and Disqualification

A token is invalid if copied, photographed, duplicated, counterfeit, altered, illegible, obtained through fraud or theft, already redeemed, presented outside the redemption period or presented without valid identification. If duplicate tokens or codes are presented, the first valid redemption recorded by HGD controls. HGD may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Promotion, submits inaccurate information, presents false identification or behaves fraudulently or disruptively.

12. Prize Acceptance

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are subject to availability. Apparel prizes are subject to available sizes, colors and production schedules. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. Unless HGD agrees otherwise in writing, prizes must be collected at HGD.

13. Privacy and Security

HGD uses participant information for Promotion administration, duplicate prevention, recordkeeping, grand-prize winner contact and, when separately authorized, promotional email. Information is stored securely and retained only as long as reasonably necessary to administer and document the Promotion. A previously used code’s redeemer and redemption time are visible only to authorized HGD staff.

14. Release, Modification and Governing Law

By participating, each participant agrees, where permitted by law, to release HGD and its owners, employees, representatives and distributing establishments from claims arising from participation or prize use. HGD may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion if fraud, counterfeiting, technical failure, severe weather, emergency, government action or another circumstance beyond its reasonable control affects the Promotion. These rules are governed by Pennsylvania law. HGD’s decisions concerning eligibility, token validity and redemption are final.
